between White Bread vs Brown Bread
Bread is a baked
product which is mostly consumed by people all over the World in different
forms like sandwich, bread omelette etc.

brown bread and multigrain bread.

bread are consumed more in world, let analysis the difference between the white
and brown bread based on its texture, taste and nutrition.
White Bread:
The bread which is made from the Endosperm of the
whole wheat grains is called as White bread also this gives the white colour to
bread. The bran and germ are removed from the whole wheat grain while
processing. After removal of the bran and germ, the product white flour is
bleached using potassium bromate, benzoyl peroxide or chlorine dioxide. So, it
is highly processed bread made of refined wheat flour and mainly contains
starch and lacks most of the nutrients that are abundant in brown bread. In
some countries, the manufactures make white bread nutritious by adding vitamins
and minerals. It does not contains bran and germ, so it softer than the brown
bread.
Brown Bread:
The bread which is made from whole wheat grains is
called as White bread. It contains more fiber and nutrients, so it contains
more nutrients compared to White bread. Also it contains bran, so it is less
soft.
